The house has 1 Gbps (Up+Down) Google Fiber Internet.

Two Wifi 6 access points provide a mesh network in the home. See here for Wifi info

There is also two ethernet jacks available to you in the third bedroom/office.

Each TV is equipped with a 4K Roku Streaming stick. Please login to your preferred apps (they will be logged out after each booking). You are allowed to download additional apps, but not make purchases.

You can also AirPlay to the Roku using any Apple Device (sorry Android friends!)

You're staying in a smart home! Amongst other things, this means that all the wall switches do various things depending on how you interact with them.

Please be aware that all doors are equipped with smart locks that will automatically lock themselves (5 minutes for front door, 10 minutes for back door). Be sure to know your code or have your phone on you when leaving.
