The closest grocery is located a few blocks away, located here. This is a small market, and only carries the essentials.
The closest large grocery store is the HEB here. This will have everything you need. All HEB's offer curbside pickup and home delivery.
If you want a step up in grocery, you can check out the HEB a little further south here, or you can go to the Whole Foods or Trader Joe's downtown.
There is a wonderful community park just a few minute walk away, located here. There is a free community pool, playgrounds, and a stretch of wooded trail. This is a wonderful place for a quick 1.5 mile dog walk.
The school nearby has a track and large field that is open to the public. There is also a free tennis court, but that is currently being renovated.
If you're looking for a longer hike with your pup, as well as some water, I highly recommend Dog Park Blue at Onion Creek Park. The wooded and gravel paths that make up the trails are off leash dog friendly, and there are several spots for you and your pup to enjoy the creek. NOTE: In the summer months, there can be an algae that is very harmful to dogs in most of the waterways of Austin. Don't let your pup swim in the water if there is an obvious algae or film within the water.
