TIP: Most of the top drawers in the kitchen have a smaller "hidden" drawer within them (for things like silverware).
TIP: The dishwasher is also "hidden" and appears as another set of drawers, just left of the sink.
TIP: The water "center" in the fridge is accessible by pulling the left door open from the middle (opening the front of the door, not the whole door).

✔ Please avoid wearing shoes inside the home. There is a shoe rack outside the laundry room.
✔ No smoking inside the Airbnb. If smoking outside, please dispose of all butts in the trash bin prior to check out.
✔ Put all trash/recyclables/food scraps in the appropriate bin at the end of your stay.
✔ Dogs are allowed on the couch if you use any of the provided blankets placed under them.
NOTE: Scratches and/or excessive dog hair on the couch will result In additional charges.
✔ There are small towels for paws next to the backdoor if your pup gets dirty outside.
NOTE: Untreated rug stains caused by dogs will result In additional charges.
✔ Please use the provided poop bags outside to clean up after your pups.
NOTE: Not cleaning up after them will result in additional charges.
✔ If the provided waste station gets full during your stay, please empty it into the trash bin up front.
✔ The server rack inside the laundry room is absolutely off limits to guests.
✔ The shed in the backyard is not open to guests.
✔ The tool box and storage found in the garage is not open to guests.
✔ The fridge in the garage is not typically available to guests
✔ The smart vacuum/mop located in the kitchen is not to be used by guests. It will not operate during your stay.
✔ If you are staying through a Monday, I kindly ask for you to take the appropriate bins to the curb on Sunday night, and bring them back up on Monday.
✔ Absolutely NO parties or events.
✔ Be respectful - quiet time outside starts at 11 p.m.
✔ No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed without checking with the host.
